Was there for a 6 week hip replacement checkup. I also made a comment about my knee opposite side just feels weird. Feels very swollen at times. Dr reassured me that after a knee replacement and then a year later a knee revision that was just a year ago that a revision takes much longer to recover from than a replacement especially with that only being a year apart. I had never been told that before. Different orthopedic dr did the replacement and revision.

I hope I never have to have another surgery, but if I do, I plan on coming to Sauk

Both the PA and Dr Marcu took the time to show me the MRI images and to use the model of a shoulder to explain the issues with my shoulder. Dr Marcu discussed that I needed to get my BMI percent down but also took the time to calculate what my weight goal should be to get to a more desirable BMI before surgery. I didn't experience any of this when I was given the diagnosis with the other clinic. I really appreciate that level of kindness and care!

Dr. Marcu is a wonderful dr. He's done (2) surgeries for me and both were 100% successful. I feel 100% secure in his care.
